Sheazin Premji
Sheazin Premji is a nationally recognized digital transformation and artificial intelligence executive known for leading large scale operational transformation in some of Canada’s most complex and regulated environments.
Over her career, she has helped lead major health system transformations across British Columbia, including one of Canada’s most advanced healthcare AI journeys, evolving a large health system from fragmented and Excel based reporting into a modern enterprise AI and advanced analytics environment supporting more than 2 million people across acute, community, and primary care services.
Her leadership combines systems thinking, operational execution, and people centered transformation with deep expertise in enterprise AI, advanced analytics, governance, and operational redesign. A graduate of executive education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Sheazin is recognized for bringing practical, real world AI implementation into highly complex operational environments. She has also contributed as a guest lecturer at BCIT and as an industry mentor within Simon Fraser University’s Digital Leadership Transformation Program.
As CEO of INTEGRAiTE, Sheazin is focused on helping organizations move beyond AI adoption toward intelligent operational transformation, building connected ecosystems where intelligence flows seamlessly across systems, people, and decisions. Ryan Syropiatko is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of DUT Electronics Inc. and Chief Technology Officer of 3R Semiconductor Solutions Inc., both headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. A visionary entrepreneur, Ryan is at the forefront of developing next-generation electronics and semiconductor technologies that redefine performance and reliability standards.
His work is deeply inspired by his wife, Ruby Syropiatko, an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience leading innovation and transformation across the sector. United by a shared commitment to impact, Ryan channels this inspiration into advancing the use of data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence to enhance care delivery, empower healthcare providers, and foster healthier communities.

Victoria Hu
Victoria Hu is a seasoned data scientist with nearly two decades of experience leveraging advanced machine learning, deep learning, and simulation modeling to address complex challenges across aerospace, insurance, and the public sector. Her technical expertise encompasses neural networks, ensemble methods, natural language processing, large-scale time series forecasting, anomaly detection, fraud analytics, and stochastic simulation—delivering measurable impact in safety, risk management, and operational efficiency. Throughout her career, Victoria has led the development and deployment of AI-powered decision support systems at organizations such as Boeing and WorkSafeBC. Her work has translated cutting-edge analytics into high-value, mission-critical tools that drive strategic outcomes and operational excellence.
Victoria is married to Dr. Casper Shyr, whose leadership across the analytics lifecycle—from enterprise data management to production-grade ML/AI platforms in healthcare, aligns with her commitment to advancing responsible, high-impact applications of data science. Together, they share a vision for strengthening health systems and improving patient outcomes through innovative, data-driven solutions.

Alnawaz Ladha
Alnawaz Ladha leads Strategic Alliances and Ventures at INTEGRAiTE, building the partnerships, commercial relationships, and strategic ecosystems that enable organizations to successfully adopt and scale AI, digital transformation, and innovation initiatives.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Alnawaz has worked across healthcare, technology, government, hospitality, transportation, retail, and other private sector industries. His career spans both the buyer and vendor sides of complex enterprise environments, providing him with a unique perspective on how organizations create value through collaboration, governance, strategic sourcing, and commercial partnerships.
He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of a national group purchasing organization representing 17 member organizations and 176 facilities across Canada, where he led commercial strategy, strategic partnerships, and large-scale transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has advised executive leaders on enterprise transformation, governance, vendor strategy, and organizational change while leading complex cross-functional initiatives across both the public and private sectors.
At INTEGRAiTE, Alnawaz is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, market alliances, and venture opportunities that expand the firm’s capabilities, open new markets, and accelerate the practical adoption of AI solutions. He works closely with clients, technology providers, investors, and industry leaders to identify growth opportunities, build collaborative ecosystems, and create long-term strategic value across industries.
Alnawaz is recognized for connecting business leaders, technology partners, and operational teams to translate strategy into practical, measurable business outcomes. He holds a Certificate in AI for Business Strategy from MIT Sloan Executive Education and a Master of Global Management from Royal Roads University.
