Passionate about staying at the forefront of technology, Dr. Shivji has integrated numerous AI-driven solutions into his practice to enhance clinical outcomes and elevate the patient experience.
His wife, Sheazin Premji, is nationally recognized as a trailblazer in healthcare artificial intelligence and a pioneering leader in Canada’s AI health landscape. She has successfully transformed the team in Fraser Health Authority, as their former Executive Director, from traditional spreadsheet-based operations to a forward-thinking AI and innovation-driven program (the Centre for Advanced Analytics, Data Science and Innovation), demonstrating measurable impact in both patient care and administrative efficiency. With over two decades of experience leading healthcare transformation, and earning MIT’s prestigious Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation, and Technology, Sheazin is honored to serve as an advisor to INTEGRAiTE, a venture that aligns with both Hussein and Sheazin’s shared vision of scaling expertise through a visionary, impact-driven team. Dr. Ali Abdalvand
Dr. Ali Abdalvand guides healthcare organizations into an AI-augmented future. With a foundation in emergency medicine and over a decade of experience transforming complex health systems, he brings a unique blend of clinical insight, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to the ethical integration of AI in healthcare. His journey into health AI began with MIT’s ‘AI in Health’ program and continues through advanced training in the Chief Data and AI Officer program at Michigan Ross School of Business and the School of Engineering and Computing. He also collaborates with Fraser Health Authority and CAADSI AI teams to stay at the forefront of innovation. Dr. Abdalvand’s work spans frontline leadership to strategic partnerships with global tech leaders. He helps organizations not only adopt AI tools but integrate them seamlessly into clinical workflows, creating co-intelligent systems that enhance human capabilities.
